On behalf of various councils in Victoria and Tasmania, Blue Environment is undertaking a number of projects investigating the business case for waste/recycling services and infrastructure. Typically we develop financial models that assess existing and future revenue and costs, allow councils to compare the financial impact of ‘business as usual’ with various options, and incorporate ‘best value’ principles in decisions on the long term future of waste services and infrastructure.
